You may not build that nice and unique H-shaped retirement space with Mediterranean inspiration. You are probably building something that will serve you very well as a low-cost housing solution. Living there for more than a couple of years is perhaps not even the plan. At that point, your needs become more significant.

With 800 square feet plans, you are not building a mansion. You are building something that can serve you well. It might be for a short period or perhaps for a longer period. You won’t build any 2-story or 3-story homes with this amount of square feet. You probably won’t be able to have a 6-person family either. Still, they do serve a much-needed purpose in many instances.
